These terms govern use of Mantis Canopy (“the Service”) — the web and mobile platform operated by Mantis Support (“we”, “us”) for the organizations we support and their people. By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is a business tool provided to clients of Mantis Support under their services agreement with us. Accounts are provisioned by Mantis Support or may be created with a work email; access is limited to recognized client domains or accounts approved by a technician. You must use your own account and keep its credentials confidential.
Tickets, messages, photos, and records you submit remain your organization's information. You grant us the rights needed to store and process that content to operate the Service and deliver support. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
We improve the Service continuously and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a standalone uptime guarantee; any service levels are those in your organization's agreement with Mantis Support. We may suspend access to protect the Service or its users.
Access ends when your organization's relationship with Mantis Support ends, when your administrator deactivates your account, or if these terms are materially violated. Sections 3, 6, and 7 survive termination.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information in the Service (including asset and licensing records) is provided for operational convenience and may not be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantis Support will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service is limited to the amounts your organization paid Mantis Support for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or overrides your organization's services agreement where it says otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
