Mantis Canopy (“the app”) is the client support and asset-management platform operated by Mantis Support (“we”, “us”). We provide it to the employees and administrators of the organizations we support (“clients”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Mantis Canopy is a business tool used by people whose employer has an IT-support relationship with Mantis Support. It is not a consumer service and is not directed to children. Accounts are provisioned by Mantis Support, matched to an approved work-email domain, or reviewed by a technician before access.
We do not collect location data, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not sell personal information.
Your data is visible only to you, your authorized company administrators, and Mantis Support technicians. We share information with service providers strictly to run the app:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your information for advertising or with unrelated third parties.
We keep your information for as long as your organization is a client and as needed to provide support and meet legal or contractual obligations. When a relationship ends, data is deleted or anonymized in line with our agreement with the client.
Access is protected by authenticated sign-in and row-level security so each account reaches only the records it is permitted to see. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers.
You can delete your login in the app under Profile → Delete account. You can also request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time by contacting us at help@mantissupport.com. Because accounts are administered on behalf of your employer, some requests may be coordinated with your organization’s administrator. We will action verified deletion requests promptly.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
